Team DNA

Teams play an increasingly dominant role relative to solo problem solvers in business, government, and academic research. The NIH funded project Team DNA (Team Dynamics, Networks, and Assembly) uses mathematical and computational modeling of team collaboration to understand the characteristics of successful teams, the leading indicators of impending team failure, and potential policies for increasing the productivity of team science and problem solving.
